What We Do

The Neuropathy Association of Denver (TNAD) is a not-for-profit support group organization established to help people in Colorado who suffer from disorders  of the Peripheral Nervous System. We provide:

• Support group meetings
• Education to the community
• Advocacy  for people with PN
• Monthly newsletters
• Guest speakers on PN

In addition, we promote research into the causes and cures for Peripheral Neuropathy (PN.)

ORGANIZATION

The Neuropathy Association of Denver (TNAD) is affiliated with a national organization, The Neuropathy Association (TNA) headquartered in New York, New York. TNA provides advocacy for PN issues in Washington D.C, coordinates PN support groups across the country, sponsors PN education and research programs, and publishes a national newsletter. TNA acts as our primary interface with the National Institutes of Health to promote PN interests and provide a clearing house for PN related information.

TNAD operates in coordination with the Colorado Neurological Institute (CNI) to promote education and awareness of peripheral neuropathy in the RockyMountain region. CNI provides a broad spectrum of programs, physicians, and facilities focused on neurological disorders. Annually CNI and TNAD co-sponsor a one day peripheral neuropathy symposium which features neurologists, pain management specialists, and other regional neuropathy health experts.
